F5 BIG-IP as an Outbound Proxy for Bulk Email Delivery: Persistence, SNAT, Timeouts, and DNS Resolution

A bulk delivery of 1,000 emails per minute runs through a BIG-IP as an outbound proxy to the provider relay.
