Engagement models

  • Project engagementA clearly scoped assignment with a defined end: a migration, a gateway replacement, a review. Effort and milestones are agreed before the start.
  • Part-time over monthsEmbedded in your operations or project team as a contractor, with a fixed workload and fixed availability; also to bridge a vacancy.
  • Sparring by the hourA second opinion on an architecture or a quote, support during an escalation, coaching for internal admins: short, focused, no minimum volume.

How the collaboration works

  • Direct, no intermediaries. You talk to the person who will do the work; I state terms and availability in the first conversation.
  • In your tools. I work in your environment: Teams or Slack, your ticket system, your change processes, on managed hardware if required.
  • Short onboarding. Exchange, gateways and mail routing are my daily work; I need access, not training.
  • Documented handover. Every engagement ends with documentation your operations team can maintain.
  • Remote or on site. German-speaking Switzerland, in German or English.
